Easy Macaroni Bake

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
8 oz macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Brown beef in skillet, and drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Combine cottage cheese, onion, sour cream and mix with noodles. Lightly spray 2 quart casserole with cooking oil. Place half of macaroni mixture in casserole, add meat sauce from skillet and cover with remaining macaroni. Top with cheese and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
