Oh-My-Gosh Blueberry Pie

This recipe was originally featured here.  I baked it last night and the family raved about it.  Having just returned from Atlanta, the refrigerator and cupboard was rather empty.  I knew I had blueberries in the freezer and one pie crust in the fridge.  Since I was out of white sugar I changed it to brown and threw this simple pie together.  I am featuring it here and it will become a regular in our house.  I ate it warm last night, and it was just as good cold when eating the leftovers this morning.  If you are in a hurry and want something that tastes divinely blueberry give this dessert a try!  If you like what you see please use the pin-it button above and add it on Pinterst.

Oh-My-Gosh Blueberry Pie

3 cups fresh blueberries
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter

After placing the pie crust in the a deep dish pan, pour fresh or frozen blueberries into pan.  Mix 1 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup flour, salt eggs and sour cream in a bowl, and the pour over blueberries.  In a clean bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and then use a pastry cutter to cut butter into flour and sugar mixture.  Sprinkle over blueberries and bake at 375F for 50-55 minutes.  Cover pie crust edge with foil, if it begins to burn.
