Watermelon Lemonade

I made this for the 4th of July and it was a hit.

It is crisp like lemonade with a strong watermelon flavor.

This is a great substitute for Kool Aid or HiC.

If you use Splenda you can substitute it for the sugar.

Pour this into popsicle molds and your children will love it.

Watermelon Lemonade

24 lemons
6 cups watermelon, cut and seeds removed
2 cups sugar
1 gallon water

Juice lemons.  Add watermelon and sugar to blender and pour lemon juice over top.  Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into one gallon pitcher.  Fill the pitcher to the top with water. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint.
