Easy Pot Roast

I know this recipe goes against all of the health conscious ideals that I believe in.  But, sometimes I am in a hurry and this roast is still a better meal than a hamburger from McDonalds.  You will not be disappointed in the flavor.
Easy Pot Roast

2-4lb chuck roast
1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can French Onion Soup
1 packet dry french onion soup
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
olive oil
4 carrots, cut in 1/4
4 potatoes, cut in 1/4
Mix salt, pepper and flour.  Dust roast with flour mixture.  Cover bottom of skillet or roasting pot with a thin layer of olive oil.  Bring to med/high heat and then brown the roast in the skillet.  Whisk the soups and worcester sauce in a bowl.  You can either cook the roast in the oven on low or transfer the meat to a crock pot.  If you cook in the oven: 300 F degrees for 3 hours.  Add the vegetables in the last hour.  If cooked in crock pot 6-8 hours on low and vegetables can be added on top of the meat at start of cook time.  Either way pour the soup mixture over the meat before continuing to cook.
