This is a recipe off of the internet that I adapted. It is very versatile as you can add sesame seeds, cranberries or raisins in the final kneed. If you are out of molasses use brown sugar.
1 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of warm water
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1/3 cup of molasses
4 cups whole wheat (I use King Arthur.)
1/4 cup of wheat gluten
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
Place ingredients in bread pan as your manufacturer’s instructions direct. Make sure to place yeast in last, in a small well. Use whole wheat or timed cycle.
